Why Decentralized Identity

Traditional identity systems trap users behind centralized providers. Decentralized identity gives every entity (person, organization, agent) cryptographic ownership of their identifiers and credentials.

IDA delivers three guarantees:

  • Portability — your DID resolves anywhere, on any platform that speaks W3C DID Core.
  • Privacy — selective disclosure (BBS+) and zero-knowledge proofs reveal only what’s strictly needed.
  • Provenance — credential hashes are anchored on the ADI blockchain, so revocation and lineage are tamper-evident.
